Spearheading a project-led strategic approach to urban regeneration and development, MATERIA works with institutional partners to regenerate urban areas denoting particular cultural, economic and social value. Several projects are under development, from the regeneration of historical areas, to the establishment of heritage trails that leverage craftsmanship and the arts, to the re-positioning of landmark assets to serve as cultural and community infrastructure.
